Robert Molinari

For attorney Rob Molinari, practicing law has never been just about cases – it’s about people.  Every client who walk through his door has a story.  Some are stories of sudden tragedy, others of long-term hardship, but all share a common thread: someone else’s negligence has change their life.  Rob’s mission is to make sure those stories are heard, that justice is pursued, and that his clients have a dedicated advocate by their side every step of the way.

Rob’s legal journey began in matrimonial and family law. There, he saw firsthand how legal battles affect people on a deeply personal level. But he also noticed something troubling–when it came to injuuries, insurance companies often treated people like file numbers rather than human beings.  They delayed, they denied, and they diminished valid claims, hoping clients would simply give up. That didn’t sit right with Rob. 

He made the decision to focus his career on personal injury and mass tort litigation — areas where he could take a stand against those who abuse their power and put profit ahead of people’s safety.  Today, Rob represents clients across New York in car and trucking collisions, premises liability incidents, dog bite cases, and large-scale mass tort actions involving sexual abuse and human trafficking, defective drugs, and toxic exposure. 

What sets Rob apart is his responsiveness and strategic mindset.  Clients don’t have to wonder what’s happening with their case, Rob answers their calls, responds to their questions, and keeps them informed.  He believes that trust is built not just by winning cases, but by walking clients through the process and making sure they feel confident at every turn. And when it comes to negotiations, Rob is deliberate, methodical, and prepared to push back hard against lowball offers from insurance companies or corporate defendants. 

A lifelong Bayport-Blue Point resident, Rob believes deeply in the value of community.  He participates in local events, shares legal knowledge through public speaking, and encourages people to know their rights before they need him.
